Surpassing our expectations. And the heft and quality of the door - it is solid. Abdi did a great job with the paint work too. A bright red door needs to look perfect. Thank you so much. We wanted a door to replace the original and that is exactly what we got! John & Doug were so accommodating and adhered to all our specifications. Even when there was a little issue this was promptly resolved without question. Installers and Abdi (painter) were just as thorough. These guys are positive, accommodating and a friendly team. Doug and the Bespoke Front Door team are true professionals. This is the second front door we have purchased from them. The options and styles are plentiful, but it’s the quality that sets them aside. The finished product is a true classic, solid wood front door, beautiful colour options and added security features. A new front door is an investment and so you want to ensure you’re in safe hands. BFD ticked all of the boxes for us; local, took pride in their work and delivered exactly as per plan. The finished door is everything we wanted, from the replicated stained glass design, the bright and vibrant colours & door furniture all the way to the solidity and security attached to the new door. From design to execution we could not fault BFD. We received meticulous care and their attention to detail was extraordinary. John took our 1930s leaded glass window photo and adapted it to design 2 adjacent windows and 3 matching door panels, which were hand-made by Ian. The result is excellent in quality and the effect is stunning. We'd like to thank Doug and his whole team of craftsmen, including carpenters, fitters and painters for our fabulous new entrance. We are thrilled with the finished product.
