Honestly, could not be happier with the finished product. From the beginning to the end of the job, both Doug, John and the wider team (production, fitters & decorators) were such a pleasure to deal with. The quality and finishing of the door is to the highest standards and far superior to a number of the other 'premium' door companies out there. I would happily work with the Bespoke Front Door again and am so happy with the end result. Outstanding.

His calm, professional manner put me at ease, as a new front door is expensive, but so worth it! The factory paint job was wonderful and Robert and James who fixed the door, Abdi who painted and cleaned it and the surround and Johnathan who sorted the lock, all took great pride in their work and were tidy and polite - true, brilliant craftsmen! The attention to detail and professionalism from start to finish is what first comes to mind with Bespoke Front Door. The initial lengthly telecon is for a purpose, it is to establish the customer’s needs and wants, so it’s helpful (but not essential) if you have a rough idea of what you desire as there are a plethora of options to choose from. Doug, Claudio, Robertas all have a wealth of experience in bespoke hard word ‘fixtures’ and doors so a sound knowledge to their catalogue of products and choices coupled with it, the door furniture and subscription to the finest security options is exemplary.

I recently had a front door (with an electric door release) and stone step installed by Doug and his team. It was a tricky project - rot, crumbling brickwork under the door, nothing at right angles, old wires, freezing temperatures and 5 freeholders changing their minds. Throughout the whole process, Doug and his team were patient, gave great recommendations and were transparent with costs. They delivered a brilliantly installed and finished product which compliments the victorian style converted house.
