Have ordered many times from Indian Traders now over a number of years, usually one or two gifts every year sourced from their online catalog. Packing and shipment service is excellent. Only ever one error when one small item was not included in a big order and IndianTraders sent a replacement no questions asked. All products that I have purchased have been of the finest quality and a pleasure to receive. Only takes a week or so to deliver to Sydney, Australia.

I always go to Indian Traders because it is the best site I have found for pendleton blankets. I was ,however, disappointed When I decided to buy the Tusayen blanket you had a 8% discount. I went back to your site the next day to purchase it and the blanket was gone so I guess you only had one. It turned up again later on you're site and I wanted to wait until cyber monday to get a better discount since I am on a fixed income and should not have bought it at all so I needed the best deal I could get. I was afraid to wait though because after what happened I assumed you only had one blanket and if I waited it would be gone,possibly forever. That day you were only offering 5% and on cyber monday it was 15%. I feel kind of like I was cheated and don't understand why you didn;t have more of these blankets. I really needed that 15% discount.

i could never ever finish my questions the man just kept cutting me off. I had a legitimate size question and he insulted me! There is no customer service with these people!!! He just hung up on me. What a jerk! When i tried very nicely to inquire about the size i said it was a little confusing because the size posted looked like it was a queen he said he didnt know why i was confused when i tried to explain he NEVER EVER let me finish why I tried 3 times!! If he's having that hard of a time he should go home and get a nap then learn that passive aggressive behavior doesnt do well when dealing with potential customers.

I emailed the general inquiry address expressing concern with my selected delivery method. The response was quick and friendly. My order was expedited and delivered on time. Couldn't be more pleased.

My initial call was before the company's normal business hours. The gentleman with whom I spoke was not sure about the availability of my item since their website said it was out of stock though it had been available from them within the past couple of days. He told me he would check to see if there were more available. He called me back and said he could get one and I placed my order. My item arrived in the time Indian Traders said it would and I was very satisfied.

I ordered on line, used the discount and free shipping, and all went smoothly. Nature had the package , a costly product, arrive on the wettest day. UPS did not plastic bag the box so it was soaked, really soaked, when I got home from work. Fortunately the Pendelton box inside was only damp in one corner, and the lovely blanket just fine. Another hour to get home and the blanked would have been damaged. UPS gets no stars, but Indiantraders is wonderful. Thanks.

I am completely satisfied with my experience. I have ordered here in the past, and they are the first place I looked when I wanted a similar item. The website allowed me a great opportunity to choose my item and order it. Soon after placing the order, they phoned to tell me that they had a very busy weekend and my item was sold out. They offered to send it in about two weeks or cancel my order. I chose to wait for the item.

I live in the United Kingdom and ordered some Pendleton blankets from Indian Traders on a Monday. In spite of them being sent from the U.S, I received them just 3 days later! I've ordered from many sites in America before, but have never had such fast delivery. I also found that my enquiries were answered promptly and satisfactorily.
