The worksmanship of my Hopi overlay bracelet is exceptional and just what I was hoping for. Great selection, good pricing, free shipping. Ships in two days (day of, day after, then ship). Typical of smaller outfits, a lot of places ship same day or next. Otherwise really good service. Easy to track when it shipped and they send emails to confirm order. Loved the selection of goods! Sent as a gift, recipient was thrilled! (helped that it arrived early in the day).

They shipped fast, but I had an issue with my address and found it difficult to reach them. I phoned twice and never got a call back. Finally, I emailed and got an answer back - problem solved.
