It was fast but I very surprised how expensive it was. I thought it would be cheaper but I think it was the duties that surprised me? Disappointed I didn't know the total cost until I was charged.

I was nervous at first about trusting a website. But after waiting for a callback from my traditional broker, and needing action, I gave it a try. The fee structure is transparent and fair, the instructions are clear, the ‘live agent chat’ is truly helpful, and the best part - even though I didn’t have all the information available to fill the forms completely, I was able to start the new file. Once the process was started, the folks at Clearit actually reviewed the shippers information and finished filling out the paperwork for me! Throughout the process there are email update notifications, which gives confidence. By the time I got around to logging in to my new account to check on the status of my shipment, my paperwork was done, my shipment was already across the border, and was on its way for delivery to one of my retail locations. I had a problem and found that there was no contact # to talk to a live person. there seemed to be a hold up at the border nd that was causing extra charges to me for storage. it did get resolved.
