It’s a bit flimsy and the pieces clipped in but when I moved it they came apart. It’s in a spot now where it doesn’t need to be moved so all is well.

The furniture is very nice after it is put together. I found that the assembly was difficult. The holes did not line up when assembling. That made the assembly very dry fgicult.

I was excited to see a mid century modern coffee table on sale. I quickly purchased it but only to my dismay that it was a completely different color than advertised. So I still have to buy another table as this table doesn’t match.

My chair was missing a nut and I contacted customer support for them to literally just send me the nut and bolt and they wanted me to send my whole chair back, and pay for the shipping etc. I explained I was happy with my chair but it was just missing an important piece if I could just be mailed that, sent pictures.

Every time I order from BCP I wonder why all other retailers can't follow their lead! The ordering and checkout procedures are quick and easy. I feel like they treat my secure information safe. And, I always know that if I have any problem with my order or whatever, someone is there to help fix it!

I was looking for a set to add to a very small screen porch. This was perfect. A little difficult putting together but not a big deal. I learned to loosely install all the bolts and then have someone sit in it to level the legs out before tightening. Would buy again from this company! Probably looking for a good deal on a large umbrella.

I ordered a product, was charged twice, was told two items were delivered, only received one tho. Called and was told to dispute it through my bank. My bank was the one who told me to call them, the merchant! Finally, I was issued a refund after writing a review
