I bought a cushion topped bench, planning to put shoes and my purse in it. It took 2 of us about 45 minutes to put it together and it's perfect. It was delivered exactly when BCP told me to expect it. I'd buy another one if the need arises.

We have purchased two swing chairs for the pool patio, and everyone that comes over loves them. They are very comfortable and solid, also their shape provide a very relaxing body position. The shipping was fast and Best Choice Products provided great customer service on answering questions and concerns. We highly recommend these chairs as a great addition to your patio.

The pillows arrived quickly. They were swished into packaging that was bursting at the seams. Fortunately, they were double boxed. The package was delivered to the front door in spite of multiple signs indicating that all deliveries are to be made up the driveway. Though they have been unpacked for 2 days, they have not expanded very much. They are flatter than the pillows I am currently using. At this point, I have not tried them.

Not bad items but a little less than I expected. The price was fair for what I got.

I communicated back and forth with customer service for a week regarding a refund. I was then told that my order was refunded but I never received the refund. I have now sent three emails indicating I never received my refund and have not received a response.

For the price, I wasn’t expecting very much, but I am so delighted with my purchase. It weathered the recent, unexpected severe rain and hail perfectly. My backyard bark was strewn everywhere, but my tiered umbrella withstood all the elements - I didn’t have the opportunity to close it down because the storm came so quickly but it stood tall.
