Super quick shipping and high quality umbrella. Easy to put together even with one person. I would have given it 5 stars except the umbrella cover is beige and the umbrella we ordered was black so I assumed the cover would be black also to match. Other than this the umbrella is great.

It is what I was looking for. The quality is very good. Assembly is not difficult. The price was very good. the instruction booklet was poor, not a big deal, over all very happy.

I ordered 3 garden boxes but thought they were higher than they were. I also didn't know I had to put them together. I decided to return the merchandise and you were very nice to let me and refunded all my money. Thank you so much.

Very light weight umbrella material

The box showed the chairs to be brown/tan but they were brown/brown, the fabric is brown not tan. I returned them and asked for replacement, the replacement also came with the brown fabric. I am older and the box was too heavy to order another replacement. The replacement box should have been checked before being sent out. I kept the chairs but I do not like them with the brown fabric. This is misrepresentation on your part because the chairs do not match the picture on my order.

I never question whether or not I am going to be happy with my purchase from BCP, I ALWAYS am!!!! I have never been disappointed with any purchase from you and believe me, there have been many!!I have three or maybe four of the three tier umbrellas (those are just mine) and I purchased one for each of my kids and one for my grandson. This purchase was for just a one tier "pink" one for my adorable vintage Ice Cream patio set and it is adorable. You are always my first "go to" and my last. I love the quality of everything I have purchased and now I have my sister in San Diego buying from you, I have purchase multiple Christmas trees from you, I have three different ones for myself and have bought for each of my kids and grandson, and I think my sister has purchased three for herself, her kids and her caregiver!!!! I love all the umbrellas and I love this "pink" one!!!!!!

Surprisingly good quality at the price point, and extra pillows are a plus. It took much longer to assemble than anticipated but process itself was relatively simple.

The delivery was prompt, the items just as advertised and seem to be of lasting quality!

Easy ordering and quick delivery. Planter kit arrived in good condition. This can be built as a tall planter or as 2 shorter planters. We opted for the 2 shorter configuration. In this configuration we needed an additional 6 or 8 screwws w washers and wingnuts. Only criticisim, is it would be better if enough screws were included for both. configurations.
