We have had the fire table for several weeks. I assembled it immediately using the easy-to-understand instructions. We did not hook up the gas until we had company recently. The gas tank was easy to connect as the instructions were clear. We inserted a good battery, and the fire began on the first click. Our family was impressed and so far, we are very happy with our BCP fire table.

Fast shipping. The umbrella and stand that I bought are excellent. The umbrella has saved the life of my plants in my new place. The sun was too much for them, and now with the umbrella they are thriving.

I wasn't expecting the response that I received since customer service seems to be on the decline these days, however I was very pleased and happy with the courtesy, and quick response. I love my lawn chair.
