Delivery was HORRIBLE. Boxes left in the rain with no notification. Product was soaked, and had to dry out before it could be assembled.

Had purchased a recliner from BCP, for $400 a little over 2 years ago. It started to fall apart and ball bearings were falling out on the floor. The chair was unsafe. Called BCP and told them and they said it was beyond the 90 day return policy. I was looking at other chairs and picked one. It is so uncomfortable, I doubt I will be buying from them for quite a while and this one cost me $200. If I could have found a descent one in my area I would have purchased that ..

I have found several items priced cheaper. My umbrella with solar lights does not say lit for more than four hours. The worst part of all is customer has to pay the shipping if you need to return an item & this is the main reason I will not make another purchase.
