Great product, great price, delivered as expected

All I needed was a replacement umbrella but you don't sell parts so I had to buy the stand and other pieces which I then discarded.

The first mystery box, my coffee mug was busted to pieces. The last jewelry mystery box was a total rip off. It looked like a few items from a bubble gum machine.

The same day I ordered from this company I had over $600 of fraud on my card. This was the only purchase I made so In my opinion this company I believe was the cause of the fraud. When I reached out I got a general reply stating they had not been hacked.

I requested a return and am only getting partial refund for the item I ordered. The product is still in the package it was delivered unopened. Yet I am not given a full refund. I will not order from this company in the future unless I get the full refund for the amount I paid for the product.
