Hello! I contacted the company to inform you all that my sister received here Christmas gift opened and retapped by the post office, and we were requesting a shipping label to return the item. I was informed by a representative to ask my sister to check the box to see if anything was missing. She informed me that she just wanted to return the item so that I can get a full refund and order her something else. I have made several attempts to call by phone but only get a busy signal. Can someone please assist me in this matter. My sister and I live in different states.

Assembly was a hassle. The metal sides and supports are flimsy and bend too easily. They look nice, and hopefully will do the job and last long, but time will tell.

The mustang will not move, something is wrong with the wheels/axles

Sleds well made. The pull rope is great. Bought 3. The blue sled had a lot of black on it when taken out of the box. Took a bit to get it off as this was a gift. Shipping time good. The kids are loving them.

It came pretty fast. It seems to be very well-made, except the string or rope that ties it down twice has ripped. I still have it up. and I like the way it folds flat pretty much

I will never purchase from this company again. They do do sell replacement parts to repair a product you have. They will gladly sell you a whole new one that once something breaks you are out again. My mistake for not asking about replacement parts before I purchased. I have a umbrella I used1time now it's trash because the solar panel got broke.

Ordered a mattress holding my breath and with my fingers crossed it would be okay without the ability to test it in a store first. We were not disappointed. The price was right and it is very comfortable! If it stands the test of time we won’t hesitate to order from BCP again.

If I could give no stars I would. I ordered 4 items and received an email that 2 were sent of the 4. I received those 2 and waited for second email showing the remaining items to be shipped. Two weeks later I have yet to get that email and reported it to the company. They attempted to claim all items were shipped and the order falsely even showed all items were delivered. After investigation, FedEx showed each order number contained 1 box, each box contained 1 chair, equaling 2 chairs. The company finally recognized their mistake and admitted the items were not available. While they offered to provide a refund or deliver replacement, this is not enough for me to want to do business with them again. Do not trust a company that falsifies details of your order.

All the merchandise came on time. One was broken and you replaced quickly. All the products were as pictured.

Always receive good products, packages are never damaged.
