Fast shipping but packaging could be better. We sent the first tree back because of a broken piece and ordered a second one. This one also had a broken piece and several bent branches. Was afraid to return it a second time and not be able to get the item we wanted. Stuck with the damaged tree.

Our moose are not wll made and keep falling apat.
