Once we called and ordered the unit, we received it within the time promised. Delivery was smooth and without trouble. Trailer was clean & ready for use.

Multiple issues with trailer upon arrival. No stairs for multiple weeks. Trailer rented form almost two months and skirting still has not been installed. Cheap but poor service. Look for other options

We decided to do a major remodeling project including replacing the carpet throughout our entire home, refinish the hardwood floors and paint a majority of the inside. Which meant all of the furniture, and everything in closets needed to be out of the way. I decided I would get a container and put it in the driveway. I arranged for a container to be delivered with a highly advertised competitor of Pac-Van. Then I talked to Matt with Pac-Van and he said he could get me a bigger and better container than what I was getting. So I cancelled, and booked with Pac-Van. Sure enough, not only was it 4 feet longer with doors on both ends, and more secure doors with designed locks, but at a much better price. Matt provided exceptional customer service. He responded quickly to my emails and delivered on all of his promises relative to the size and quality of the container, price, and delivery on time. Mike delivered the container exactly on time and called about 1/2 hour before delivery. Mike placed the container exactly where I wanted it and put down pads at the corners of the container to ensure there would be no damage to the driveway. During the time I had the container we had rain and snow without a drop in the container. The doors sealed very well. Pick up was all the same with the great service I received. I highly recommend Pac-Van and will definitely use them again when I have the need.

We took over rental from another contactor and the fist thing we need to do was buy and replace the air filter. I think this should have been done by Pac-Van.

I contacted you by phone. Was able to talk to a human and not a machine. You had the storage unit I needed at a very reasonable price. I went to the office. Talked in person. Showed me the unit and we signed the papers. I made the payment. What impressed me the most was unit was delivered that same day. The driver was very polite and helpful. I showed him where I wanted the unit. Dodging a few small obstacles he put the unit in the exact space I wanted it in. All in all I was very surprised and very pleased with the service and attention to my needs. I have recommended you to several of my friends.

Because I have not encountered any delays or difficulties. Everything is working perfectly. It is a real comfort.

I did a lot of research before purchasing a shipping container. I also spoke with about a dozen different sellers. In the end I chose Pac-Van, even though they were a bit more than the other places. Why? The main reason was that I didn't want any hassles or surprises. In doing my research I often read that either the container delivered did not fit the description of the container purchased or the delivery that was not as promised. This was not the case with Pac-Van. The container I received was exactly as describe AND it was delivered as scheduled. So, bottom line: You may pay a bit more, but you will have piece of mind in receiving the item you purchased on time!
