PAC-VAN MADE THINGS EXTREMELY SIMPLE !!!

Sherry out of your Atlanta office was a pleasure to deal with. However, the delivery drivers were not skilled enough to drop our containers where we needed them so I had to pay a competitor of yours to set them how we needed. Also took 2 weeks from original date promised to receive the second container.

The container was as advertised and delivery was prompt. The staff is friendly. However, the delivery of the container did not happen as agreed. We requested the container be placed on railroad ties and level the container so that the doors were not to close to the ground and a slight tilt towards the door to prevent and water from running and pooling to the back if the container (if any water leak were to occur). The driver did not have the tools or equipment to level the container. The driver also got his vehicle stuck twice during the install. Causing damage to the yard. Then the driver had to borrow tools to repair the battery for his trailer. Then Pac-Van charged us an extra delivery charge because of the time it took to dig the drivers truck and trailer out. If this company is using a delivery company that does not have the proper equipment to install the containers, we can not recommend them. We now have the added expense of repairing the damaged property and purchase or rent equipment to level the container.

The staff at Pac-Van were very helpful and cooperative in setting up delivery of storage containers to two different locations at a time that suited my schedule.

Our driver was awesome!!

The people was very nice just took awhile to get the paperwork all correct. They asked for forms one day and then when we thought it was being delivered they asked for my license which made it delay delivery again.

A very simple process the staff was great to work with and the driver got the unit right where I wanted it!
