Friendly, responsive crew. Bought a container; they had a truck break down but let us know what was happening, and delivered the next day. Good service, good product.

Quick process. Storage container was delivered on time. Very happy overall.

Leaking container, horrible communication, no accountability. I rented a 40' "waterproof" container. Unfortunately, the container had numerous holes drilled along the top and along one side of the container with small pieces of duct tape applied over it. After a while the duct tape fell off leaving holes in the container that I didn't notice until I saw the water pooled on the floor of the container and my property within was damaged to the tune of more than $1,000. PacVan waived the $230 charge for removal of the van and thought that was sufficient. They pointed to the contract indicating they were not responsible for damage to the contents of the container (true) despite the fact that had the container actually been waterproof - the contents would not have been damaged. I was told they would be fair when I originally called them about the issue, but as soon as they removed the container, they abdicated all responsibility.

The storage container is very good delivery was on time and professional. The only problem I have is that there are some hidden expenses that we were not a where of on till the bills came.

Communication was difficult the entire time, very little information about the process was offered, and the container we received was not cargo worthy (too many problems to list but for example, almost impossible to close with large gaps in the door seal). Very disappointed considering this was a huge purchase for us.

Excellent products and service!

We purchased a 40ft. hightopper and had several modifications made. Tim Salazar, our salesmen for the transaction was very knowledgeable and helpful.He answered all of our questions and visited our site three times to give suggestions on how to prepare our site for the delivery of the unit.On the day of delivery, the driver was able to position the unit within five or six inches of the lines we had painted on the ground.It is a very good looking unit and all who inspect it are favorably impressed. We are very satisfied with both the product and the quality of service we received from Pac-Van.

This company provided great and timely customer service and delivery. Great containers, clean and no leaks after all our rain. Only wish they would allow a rent to own. Cant have everything.

This is a great company for your storage container needs. The only issue I had was follow up phone calls I tried to make to them. You have a contact name (sales) to order the equipment, however, for anything else like scheduling equipment to be dropped off or picked up, you have to go to someone else but in the contract the contact name or phone number are not given to you. I had no issues at all the Tim in sales returning my calls but did not receive return calls from Kara in a timely manner, no call within 24-30 hours. This is not good customer service or servicing your customers. It was like once you signed the contract, you were not as important to them.

Conex arrived as expected and the crew took the time to level it! We are definitely using the space!
