I've ordered from you guys before and was pleased. David, my salesman, has always been great with me. However, this time I told them that aI had an afternoon Dr appointment and that the box needed to be dropped before noon. I was told, "No problem." Yet, when it was 10:35 the next morning and I hadn't heard anything I started to be a bit concerned. I called David and he said not to worry, he knew I had the appointment and it would be there on time. At noon and still no box, no call, no nothing. I called David and never got a return call. Then at 3:30 that afternoon the driver called me to tell me that he was on the way...Since I had already left it had to be delivered the next day.

So far have been very happy with communication and service. Needed container quick when snow collapsed my shed so I could save my stuff while I replaced old shed.

PAC-Van did a great job getting the pod to me, placing it exactly where I needed it & picked it up quickly when we were finished with it The doors were hard to get open but I guess that was a good thing. If I ever need another pod I will absolutely call them again.

As a former employee, its a different perspective to actually use the product as a customer. There's alot of what goes on to make it work that I didn't get to see daily. Sales,delivery,and pick up all went smoothly for my situation. The staff is super-friendly,customer service is no exception.
