I think that I have a good working relationship with Pac-Van and the staff there. In a recent incident, our construction site supervisor had an argument with our sales rep from Pac-Van. Our construction supervisor, good at what he does, could use some lessons in personal diplomacy, I'm sorry to say. Pac Van helped me considerably with my shipping container purchase. There were initially some communication issues but the staff there made everything right.
