I love the quality and convenience of these storage containers for remote on site storage and security I use them when ever I need this type of equipment They also have worked on charitable projects in the past. Super fine people to work with.

I'd give em zero stars if that were an option. If I could describe this company and its staff in one word...it would be PATHETIC. I requested price quotes on two units, one insulated and one not...asking for both the rental rate and purchase price. A guy named Rob promised to get that right out to me. A week later I again called because I had not received anything. An older gentleman answered the phone this time, told me Rob was out on vacation and another employee had gone home early leaving him alone but he would make sure we received the quote. I told him no problem, just get it to me within three days. Ten days after my first inquiry I still hadn't heard back so i called again and gave them a final chance to submit their quote or we would rule them out. Again they promised to send the requested quote (a different, younger guy this time) and yes...again they did nothing. If a company cannot even provide a price quote...what happens when you actually need them to step up and handle a problem? My God...these people must have come from government jobs. Put down the Nintendo Switch and do some work! Most people would not tolerate such blatantly negligent service and/or pursue a company to perform but I am a patient person who gives people the benefit of a doubt. Now there is no doubt...everyone at Pac-Van is pathetic. They set the customer service bar so low you need a shovel to see it.

I went to the site just to see the "real deal". The person for my area was not in at the time but I was able to contact her via e-mail. I submitted my requests in writing via e-mail including a rough drawing of what I wanted. I was provided a quote with options and approved all via e-mail. In a few days, my container arrived just as I has specified. The driver was wonderful and placed the container exactly as I had requested. He made a few minor adjustments and he was gone. It was the easiest and most practical purchase I have ever made in my 74 years. What a great experience from the first e-mail to the last. Thank you.

Container was supposed to be wind and weather tight noticed a few days afterwards that it leaked water through the roof somewhere
