Great service and delivery time!

I have purchased just over 50 containers from Pac-Van over the past 10 years, and the reason I have stayed with them for all of my purchases it that they will pick the products that I need in the condition that I require for long term service and they have very good and brave drivers who bring them to the property where I need them and wriggle their way safely to put the product just where I need it to be for the present job intended. I could not ask for better service nor more caring provision of the product I need, and always at a reasonable price.

Equipment is up to par. Prices are average. Salespersons were great! Only thing that needs help is delivery. Delivery is 2-3 weeks out unless you arrange it yourself through 3rd party.

We needed a rental container at a location we bought in Columbus, OH. I emailed Pac-Van and Ken called me. I told him what we were looking for and when, and he sent me the quote asap. along with the credit app. We returned the credit app and the container was delivered on time for us to store a new line of fireplaces in it. The container was clean and rodent proof and water proof. We will continue to do business with Pav-Van at our other locations in Cincinnati, Louisville, KY. Indianapolis, IN. So the approach of this is the best we can do, with clean time and delivery of a unit sitting in the yard. Is always two to three weeks from the point of request, is driving us and others to seek other suppliers or develop an in house solution. Pac-Van has lost there competitive - customer driven attitude, plain and simple.

Easy to work with quick delivery good pricing.

The sales people are helpful, friendly, and very knowledgeable. Our delivery driver was genuinely a magician who could make a living as a comedian. He maneuvered a 40-ft shipping container and precisely placed it intothe difficult location we wanted it, telling hilarious jokes the whole time.

Gregory has been most helpful and very professional in assisting with the ordering and delivery for the PAC-Van to our facility. Very much appreciated.
