I had intended to leave a 5 star review here based on my telephone conversation with the customer service rep but what happened and what I was told was going to happen were entirely different events. I was told that the container I would be leasing would be a one trip container and as such I should expect it to be in excellent condition. That statement was, in my opinion, a lie. The data plate on the container shows that it is approx. 10 years old and it has suffered damage which required welding. Were it not for the fact that I had an immediate need for the storage and insufficient time to get another unit from a different vendor, i would have refused the delivery.

Delivery was great--no problems. This is the third purchase for me from Pac Van and each time was to my satisfaction.

I would highly recommend Pac-Van, I have been using them for over a year now and even just ordered another storage container. Looking for a temporary storage unit in Wells, NV. Mary MacDiarmid​ was very helpful in setting up the order and making everything a seamless transaction. I accidentally called her on her day off but she arranged for the storage removal from the site for that same day.

We like the security that Pac-Van provides, after having material stolen from a jobsite, we called on Pac-Van to bring us a storage unit and we haven't had a problem with material theft since. We have Pac-Van units on multiple jobsites. Pac-Van also has very prompt delivery and pickup of their units.

They take the time, show you around listen to your needs and deliver! Great job! They made it so easy. Definitely planning the next one!

My sales rep was awesome. Robert Calabrese was great to work with. I was so busy I dropped the ball on the renting the container, Robert was able to work around my crazy schedule and get the deal done. It doesn't end there, the company they use to drop off the container was fantastic. Not only did he get the container into a difficult spot but he did it with a great attitude. The container looked brand new, fresh paint inside and out and no dents. It was going in the parking area of a mall so appearance was important and Pac-Van delivered big time in all phases of this transaction.

I called Rick one day late in the afternoon everyone had left in the office, he was very courteous in getting what i needed. I felt like he could of told me everyone was gone and that i could call back but no he did what he needed to do to make sure we were taken care.
