Great product and prompt delivery

The Tudons outdoor table I bought from Kave is beautiful. Well made and well finished. The communication related to the delivery was terrible though.

Very happy with the TV console and Sideboard. Love the way the grain flows from door to door in both units. Only one small suggestion...it would have been helpful if an opening for cables etc was in the rear of the TV unit, however, I cut out an opening for this purpose.

Exactly as on the photo, my purchase came earlier than the expected date. Packaged well and in in good condition.

Salesman didn’t listen when we put the order in for the delivery date. We received a text to when the delivery was coming, which we asked to be delivered another time due to us not being in the city. Items where delivered with no one there and sat outside our house.

One month delivery on a product that was listed as being in stock. Useless. Delivery partner texted on the 13th of Jan that the product was ready for delivery, but the only date available for them to deliver is the 24th. Absolutely useless. If I knew the delivery process was so inefficient I'd have bought elsewhere. Cannot be clearer. This place is useless.

Great in store service: we received all the information we needed to make our choice, and felt confident about all the payment and delivery details. The staff were also lovely and we’ve recommended the shop to many of our friends and family.

Had the boho chair design that I wanted and delivered quickly. There was only one available in a local shop but Kave website had another 3.

I purchased ten dining chairs So happy I found Kave and they had reasonable prices. My chairs a gorgeous and they swivel. I have had so many compliments and asked where I got them from. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Bought an outdoor table online There was no information for assembly when I called to place order over phone I asked and was told it’s assent It was not The quality also looks bad And the workman ship not good nails poking out and bad joints Let’s see how long it lasts
