Jonathan Lass our sales representative did a fantastic job helping us book this charter. He responded within the hour to any and all request/questions. He made sure we were well informed throughout the entire process! Jim the bus driver was fantastic as well. Made sure we were on time and did his best to accommodate our request while on the road. The drivers are very nice and polite. 10/10 experience. They are great drivers and very cautious. As for the bus itself, It was exceptionally clean, comfortable and was also very well maintained on the inside. It had coolers and a huge tv as well.

I am a parent of a special needs daughter who cheers on a cheerabilites cheer team of 24 athletes. We arrived in Dallas Texas with our competition transportation already booked and paid in full. The night before our competition the transportation company that we already paid for canceled our contract. Panicked and frustrated we began calling other companies . We got the angels from Nationwide Bus Charter. From Paul to Cassandra to Nick their entire team and the drivers went above and beyond when providing customer service. We went from having a company take advantage of a team of special needs athletes to a company that was willing to step in at the very last minute and provide us everything we needed. Their eagerness to help was comforting. There is so much I want to say about Nationwide but I would be here all day. I do have to mention that the bus was clean and very comfortable and both of our drivers were friendly and polite. If you need a trustworthy company to transport you please call Nationwide!
