Our agent Nick made the bus trip a super easy experience. He lined everything up and the bus showed up clean and on time! Our driver Kamal was great too and showed up on time or early at each pickup/dropoff. I organize my company's annual softball tournament. I was also travelling out of the country for a few weeks before the tournament. I needed a minibus to take my team to the tournament and did not secure one the week of the tournament. Matt Buscemi was extremely helpful and secured a minibus just days of the event. Everything was good in entire our two days trip. only thing that I want to point out Bus Driver should not rush to bring back home. all passengers were fallowing rules and were on time. we suppose to leave the last point at 2.30PM and Bus driver made us leave at 2.00. because he wanted to go home early. other than that, everything was wonderful. Special thanks to Matt for helping out and quick response for our issues. Thank you. we will defiantly use this company again.
