My first order went well and I had an instant reply from the LED Hut customer services team. I will give LED Hut 5 Stars if my next order goes as well as the first one did! Now on my third order so I have given LED Hut 5 stars. Good quality items at reasonable prices.

I'd dealt happily with the previous firm, Battery-Force, several times. I was sceptical when I found the website went to the new name and I had to create a new relationship, and wondered if the battery side was diminished. But no! Good range of batteries at fair prices delivered quickly and securely. I'm happy!

Allways find what I need at a great price

First bulb failed. They then sent the wrong replacement. Made me jump through hoops to get the right bulb they should have sent in the first place. Have not used them since and won't use in the future. Remaining bulbs were not great. Once buzzes, another randomly flickers.

All 8 bulbs died within 3 years (expected lifespan of 25k hours, almost 3 years of being lit), even ones that are rarely used. Contacted the company but they've since been taken over by another company and so don't have to do anything. They offered me a 10% discount code... But there's already a 15% discount code available to everyone anyway. Maybe they stock better products now and maybe they provide ongoing customer support now but I wouldn't hold my breath.
