Correspondence with the company is reasonable but the packaging of their things that are being sent out is appalling. Three times sent a replacement and every time light was broken due to the packaging. Not good and no apology.

Good, but a step down from the former Battery Force experience, which was excellent. Specifics: 1) the website is geared towards LED sales (obviously), and navigating for batteries is harder than it was at Battery Force; 2) the shipping was considerably slower; and 3) pricing is less competitive that it was in Battery Force days.
