Bought LED floodlight from LED hut 2 years ago and chose LEDHUT primarily because of the 5 year warranty. Company ‘goes bust’ then reappears with same name, same logo... you need to look very carefully to spot anything has changed... but they don’t honour warranties from the old “gone bust” LEDHUT. Untrustworthy and cheating company in my opinion.

Very good led bulbs, as per description (not the first time buying from them), fast delivery.

l wanted to return spotlights I bought and needed to check I was returning to the correct address. I telephoned LED Hut for nearly 10 days, but the Sales line and Returns line diverted to the same answer machine every time; still nobody returned my call. In the end I sent the spotlights back, recorded delivery 2nd class post as it says on their returns page. But I had no idea if they had arrived. The only way in whcih I got a responce was by emailing them directly. After 1 days I got a responce, but they have no idea if it's arrived or not. Doesn't help me though. I sent my proof of postage and I am still waiting. It's been 10 days now and still no news. Ironic thing is, I am still getting emails from them about their fantastic offers! Yet very reluctant to buy anything or recommend again. Wasn't like this 3 years ago when they were on hand with advice and support. I understand Covid is playing a big part in everyone's lives right now, but if I order somethign online and am able to recived goods within a couple of days, that means SOMEONE IS THERE sorting these things out. So where are they when WE NEED TO CONTACT THEM???
