United States | 17 February 2024I can’t imagine a worse experience. I needed a few transmission parts. GMPartsGiant advertised 2 of these parts at a great price. Even though they charged $20 shipping I placed the order. A couple days later I was informed that 1 part was not available and there was no ETA and the 2nd part wouldn’t ship for a couple more days. The 2nd part arrived and it was the wrong part. So now I began the return process. Many emails later I received and after paying return shipping I received a refund of my costs, minus 20% and minus $20 shipping. I just looked 9 emails to process a return. I will never use this company again and would advise anybody to do the same.
