I ordered a replacement cylinder lock for the 2003 Silverado. The parts were shipped quickly and came in the original GM packaging. The replacement was an exact fit. Overall this was a good experience. I would do business again with the GMPartsGiant.

Payed $400 extra for a catalytic converter core deposit. I followed there directions to a T on the core return and they refused to give me my $400 back! Claimed I didn't send back original packaging and paper work. There was no packaging and the only paperwork they asked for I signed and sent back as there directions requested. They just made up a excuse to keep my money! Do not buy from them.

I was looking for some hard to find wheels for my Cadillac. According to the GM parts giant website, they had them in stock. But I know that these are hard to find, so I had my doubts. I called and spoke with a woman who indicated that yes, there were two of these in stock at particular warehouses… I told her I wanted four of them. She said not to worry, place the order for four of them, and I would only be charged when they shipped. So I placed the order for four wheels, and also for new center cabs for the wheels. Eventually, I received an email indicating the parts were ready to ship and they would be charging me the 2000+ dollars. Not long after that I received another email indicating that the wheels are discontinued and I will be receiving ZERO wheels. So they initiated a refund for just the price of the wheels but still charged me nearly $400 in shipping just for the caps, which in total probably way less than 2 pounds and would fit a small pizza box. My first call put me in touch with Carlos who told me to go to Paypal because it was their problem… But it isn’t Paypal‘s problem. GM parts giant not only charged me before things shipped, they massively overcharged me for shipping. They also claimed to have thousands of ratings on resellerratings.com… But you can’t find their business, who knows what name it’s under.

First of all, got the wrong part. Second, called customer service and they hung up the phone AFTER I sent the part back. I was then told did not have to return the part. NOTHING was said in their RMA email about not returning the part, so to do the right thing, I sent it back. Then I was told that was on me, so I eat the whole thing except the refund. Nice. This all after sending emails about still needing the part..no replies to those. Won't be shopping with them again! I'm sure this won't make their review page.

Took over a month for my $5k+ order to ship. When I finally received the parts, one was broken and they took over two weeks to tell me they declined to do anything about it.
