Great service after ordering the Harvey wall lights I found them cheaper on eBay . Contacted JR Lighting & they refunded the difference with no questions. When order arrived 1 out of 4 lights was faulty and again contacted them sent some photos 3 days later replacement light arrived . Wouldn’t hesitate to use JR Lighting again

I got a very good deal on a David Hunter lamp as it had been described and priced online as lampshade being included. Actually it was priced mistakenly ( too little) but Orlagh stood by the lower price as it was not my mistake. I also had good customer service regarding choosing the shade colour etc. Finally, the lamp and shade arrived much sooner than I thought it would. All in all a great shopping experience.
