The light is lovely. Unfortunately the delivery company you use is terrible. They fail to deliver to the correct address and just leave it where it’s convenient for them. This is something you should discuss with them. I was very upset that a household on a different road was given our parcel which I had to collect.

Placed order but heard nothing regarding deliver. Had to chase several times but eventually got a refund on the order as it was taking too long. Efficient at refunding and sure lights would have been nice if we could have waited.

Delivery to Kent was super fast considering covid restrictions. Also, communcations was excellent ! Would defo recommend and this will be the first place I look when I need more lighting. Thank you !!

Love the new kitchen light, which arrived within a few days of the order being placed. However when we installed it, one of the fluorescent bulbs wasn’t very bright and continually flickered. I emailed and rang the company and was told a replacement bulb would be sent out. That was two weeks ago, still waiting for the replacement.
