Love the belt but got the wrong size. Must pay to ship back as well as send them money to ship the replacement back to me.

Although I returned an item, I'm giving them a 4 because they operate as a righteous company, i.e., they do what's expected of them. My account was credited ONE DAY after receiving my returned item. They even refunded shipping! I'm astounded with their service.

I had a positive experience with Orion Leather Company. I ordered a belt through their website. The belt is beautiful. It was made to order and the quality of leather and craftsmanship is superior. The website was fairly easy to use. You have to be careful that you put in the correct size. The placement of the size requested drop down menu was hard to find. I think if you made that more noticeable it would help you. i was confused because I got two order confirmations one from Orion Leather Company and one from Leather Frenzy. Leather Frenzy is the name of the store on Amazon where Orion Leather Company sells its product. There was probably some sort of reason for the different name, but if I were you i would try to work with Amazon to use the Orion brand and ditch Leather Frenzy. Frenzy conjures up a negative greedy impression. Orion is a great name, though. He was a hunter and his belt is the most identifiable grouping in the night sky in a constellation. Some other things I really like about your company is that you are American made and you are proud of it. Your communication with me was prompt and accurate. Your made to order policy makes a shopper feel exclusive and cared for and I think that is important. You offer a fair price for a beautiful necessary product. These belts are built for a lifetime. The leather is the thickest I've ever seen, yet still supple. Buckles are high quality and replaceable. The craftsmanship is top notch. I'd have paid twice as much!

Ordered a belt from them after seeing online reviews, and it is the most solid belt I have even worn. The leather is very thick and the buckle is secured well. It's exactly as I would hope from a leather company.

Great full grain leather belt with weathered finish. Only one like it I could find. Had to buy a 38 though I normally wear a 36 size belt.

My 1.5 inch wide "hot dipped" belt arrived on Friday, three days before it was expected. The belt is excellent quality and is easily 1/8 inch thicker than my other normal wear belts; additionally, the belt buckle is far more substantial than many work belt buckles I've used over the years. When I bought this belt I had intended to replace the buckle with one that I already owned. However, after seeing the quality of the entire belt and buckle I will continue to use the one that came with the belt. I highly recommend Orion Leather Company to anyone in search of a quality work, western or casual belt.
