Authorities come here for investigation, 4 orders and all went perfectly well, to the point where I thought "Mate, all UK companies failing with defective products, wrong products or delayed shippings this company is a jewel". Only ergodesks seem to be perfect in every way, whether it is responsive customer service or upgrades I ordered to my desk, but no there is a "hidden" dog corpse on the tables we order and it was there all the time. The factory or supply doesn't give a damn cent about the planet. I ordered table top replacement recently. What I received was beyond any words of expression but f word. It was a warehouse cargo box, that sort of wood basement you see in docks or storage warehouse weighting on its own about 20 kg, on which in factories they stack like 10 huge boxes. On the top of that impenetrable cargo box there was disused laminate floor attached as one piece, with screws. Then the table top was placed , then there was another symmetrical disused laminate floor sheet. Effectively making sandwich with fat basement. All of this wrapped in a fat plastic. All of the talks of sustainability heh? Wasted 30 kg of real and processed wood to deliver 10 kg of processed wood? This should be investigated by authorities seriously. I was genuinely expecting to give 5 stars to these guys. But continuing to neglect the world we live in like that is atrocious. Do we have carton packaging crisis in UK as well? Yes, I had to disassemble the sandwich construction on the street as it would not fit entry door. Yes, I had to carry all this "accompanying wood" to bin area. Yes, I had to chainsaw the wood basement cargo box into pieces to fit and be able to lift it into container. Disused laminate floor boards on cuts looked perfectly fine as to be re-used elsewhere. That gives us a good hint what recycling processes "are" there. Oh btw when I asked ergodesk to take my old table top for free for recycling I obviously received reply "dump or give it to your friend". Nice company. Still in shock after this. UPDATE: The issue been fully resolved as extra rubbish was collected.

I purchased an additional monitor arm for a desk I bought last year. I wanted the same colour than the other, but it was not available on the website. I contacted them, and a very nice lady confirmed that they have it and could deliver by next day too. So I ordered, but the next day waited the whole day unnecessarily, as the monitor arm didn't come. Nobody notified me of this either. I asked what was the reason, and this turned out to be the fault of the delivery company. Nevertheless, I had to wait until the next Monday. These are small issues, that could certainly be fixed and they would get a great review next time.

Desk works very well and instructions were reasonably easy to follow. Just for any buyers to be aware that I ran into an issue when drilling holes to join the frame and the table itself. There are no pre-drilled holes on the table or marks for you to give an indication of where to drill so you'll need to be precise and you have to use a drill. The instructions say you don't need a drill but its impossible to get a decent fix without one. Also, extremely difficult to do by yourself, definitely need another person to help you.

Took about an hour to put together. Desktop is lovely quality, heavy wood. The lifting mechanism runs smoothly. I adjust it a couple of times a day and feel much better for it!

A really stunning desk - the wood finish is beautiful, the desk allows a very large range of heights, easy to change height just by holding a button. I'm very pleased with my desk. Also the customer service and delivery was excellent - I will definitely be coming back to Ergo Desks for a new desk in the future!

Fast and smooth. I was most impressed when I received a call before the delivery to inform me that my chair will arrive without the required head rest attachment due to some error in construction. In that call the same Customer support rep arranged to send me the missing piece . It arrived as planned 2 or 3 days after the chair. Great proactive approach to foreseeing and solving a problem.

Okay, even though there was an issue with the courier not getting it to me on the original delivery day, when I contacted the live chat person they were very helpful and confirmed the courier wouldn't make it. They even emailed me the morning of the next day to confirm the delivery (it had actually been delivered by then)—so I wasn't a forgotten customer. The product was packaged extremely well and delivered to the front drive. Sure, some extra packaging (a pallet) to get rid of but I'm okay with that. All in all, very pleased and will definitely recommend.

Great product. Very well packaged in delivery and my 14 year old son assembled no problem. Suits all the household as a study desk with minimal noise and fuss.

Delighted and completely satisfied with the desk. Four stars, not five, because it took much longer to assemble than should have been necessary: one of the metal holes was not positioned correctly so one of the nuts could not be fully tightened. Also, half of the wooden holes were slightly out, so screws had to be angled.
