I have had no issues with service and was perfectly happy with what Ergo Desks has provided me. Good up to date information on my delivery and prompt service. My communication with the company was limited to ordering and receiving delivery information so that is the basis on which I rate them.

Great service and quality of desk is excellent. Not as easy as they say to assemble (although DIY admittedly not my strongpoint) and the desk would benefit from pre drilled guide holes.

Desk is of high quality and arrived promptly. A headrest was missing from the chair but was kept informed of developments to get it supplied. Eventually turned up and now a satisfied customer. Would recommend.

The desk is stable and great. The cable organiser and the electronics with 4 memory settings are a must for the perfect result. Ergo Desks were kind enough to help me with my inquiry prior to the purchase and I am very happy with my purchase overall. Thanks.

I ordered a new sit/stand desk frame from Ergo Desk using their online shop. I was a little concerned at first that I did not receive a confirmation email of any sort regarding my purchase, however later in the day I received a confirmation email from a member of staff asking me when I would like my desk to be delivered. In all honesty, this was slightly odd for me as I usually work around the businesses delivery dates, however it was a surprising breath of fresh air to be asked by a member of the Ergo Desk staff when I would like to have the desk delivered. The desk arrived as promised, on time, and in perfect condition. Only areas for improvement, I would say, are the confirmation systems. When purchasing and requesting my delivery date, I received no confirmation emails. This was slightly concerning at the time as I had no idea whether my order or delivery date request had been received.

I have one of these desks and it is absolutely amazing. It's so easy to use, i have the memory set to the exact height I prefer my desk to be when standing and also for sitting. I would hate to go back to using just a normal office desk.

I love this desk, it's the second of it's kind that I've bought. I use this one for my office, and my previous purchase I use for my artwork - I'm a glass artist, so it's really important to get the high right. I chose the manual wind up mechanism as I always go for the simplest type of mechanics, easier to fix if they break. The handle fits away snuggly under the desk, so it's not in your way. Great choice of finishes to, I have a white one for my art, and a wooden and black for the office. Would highly recommend.
