After speaking to Nicola on two occasions to express my concerns on the handling of my case, and agreeing a way forward I am still having issues. Today I received yet another letter demanding payment for a coin that I had previously agreed to return (returned yesterday). This Company has a communication problem between departments (Customer Services and Accounts). After speaking to accounts today they tried to put me through to Customer Services but I was left on hold for some time at which point I ended the call. I advise anyone wishing to buy coins off this Company to think twice before doing so. After speaking to Nicola today this matter has now been resolved.

I have been waiting for The Consort Coin for a while and was told that because the collection is in demand you had run out of this coin, but as soon as they were available one would be dispatched. Unfortunately the wrong coin has been sent. Could you please let me know what the problem is. Thanking you again for your prompt attention.

United Kingdom | 21 February 2025I bought a set of coins for my partner which in themselves are nice enough but if you are so much as a day late with a payment the harassing emails and calls start. Once you have made all the payments they don't stop there. They will aggressively try to market more products via phone and email. I have blocked 3 different numbers only to receive another unwanted call today so they really need to look at the way they deal with customers as its very off-putting. Would not buy from them again due to this.
