I bought one with a summer sale offer and they charged me at normal value

I love the products and they arrived in a timely manner. However, there was a customs fee that was unanticipated that increased the price by around 10%. I've never had to pay those custom fees in the past and was a bit perturbed by this unforeseen cost.

still have not resived prodct. having problems in the toll... f.. fiks it.

The only thing i can complain about is that the instructions arent very clear. Theres room for misunderstanding on how/when to use the different products.

Came in such a reasonable time considering I live Australia. The packaging and presentation are very sleek and I don't want to leave the products out of the box. The 8am wash alone really brought my beard together and made It look really full. The beard oil and beard balm were two cherry's on top to an already great product!

Unfortunately the product did not help my hair, but CG kept their word about guarantee and refunded me so quickly that I still cannot believe it. You have nothing to lose with them, the product either help or they give money back. 11* out of 10*, absolutely perfect.

Unfortunately, the product didn't work for me. But their customer service and growth guarantee have been impeccable and smooth, respectively. I would absolutely recommend CGC. Just note that if you use the growth guarantee, they will ask you to send any product you have left, back to them for testing. That's good, but also means an expense for you. But not so bad to try their product and get refunded for my purchase and paying the £11 postage back to Denmark from the UK. But I've had my full purchase costs refunded. Just take pics of the growth throughout your journey.

Didn’t receive my package or it got stolen .

Efter 3 måneder er der igen effekt, selvom jeg har fulgt vejledningen til punkt og prikke. Måske det bare ikke er kuren der fungerer i min situation. Jeg fortsætter indtil produktet er brugt op og så tage jeg fat i en klinik hvor man får noget personlig rådgivning og test af hvad der skal til specifikt for mig. Øv, skuffende.
