I am truly impress with Copenhagen Grooming, the product I received are of the highest quality. I did have an issue and this when they really shine. My package came damaged and open with most everything missing they responded to me quickly and remedy the situation no question ask. I am looking forward to doing more business with them in the future.

I made an error on my order so the delivery got lost, The customer service team were so friendly & helpful and they sent me a brand new order with free express shipping so I got it the day after I spoke to them. The product itself are very high quality as well! Cannot recommend these guys more! 10/10!

I love to purchase online as It saves time. This time I had issues with my delivery but hands off to the supporting staff, they always reverted back with every possible solution I would say company is in really good hands. The reason for the 5 stars is the service the customer service has given me. I just started to use the product but I’ll still be giving Copenhagen grooming 5 stars if the product doesn’t work out for my beard growth only because of 5 star service I’ve received.

It came nicely, but no instructions!!

It took like 2 weebs before I got The product. I had to pay 520 Norwegian kr for taxes when I got the package, thought that it would be cheaper but became more exepensove than other alternatives out there

I havent tested the product yet as it just arrived at my place but I wanted to give cpg 5 stars because the costumer service (especially William) is amazing! Very friendly, quick to response and very helpful. Good costumer service is rare in my opinion so I wanted to give it five stars even though I havent tested the product yet:)

Had one happening with the toll fee, but it was handeled with humanity and understanding. All in all, One of the most perfect support services. The wares came fast and without any trouble. Will definitely use CG again.

Well, products seems pretty good and information on the website of how to use their products are impeccable. They ship fast and all that. Good stuff. But I can’t recommend this web store. First of all, you have to deal with customs your self. Come on, it’s 2023 and EU and other nations have made it so easy to charge taxes and have all the customs stuff dealt with during check out. A shop that hasn’t implemented this is by nature a damn hassle. Now, there may be circumstances that prevent this store to have this set up, which is old fashion and ok I guess. However, there are NO mention of which courier they ship your purchase with, and if it is mentioned anywhere, it is damn hard to find. I looked for a good while. I gave up. And here is the culprit of dealing with CG, they don’t deal with tax and import for you despite a very elegant solution exist on an international level. But they also don’t let you choose which company they ship your goods with either, meaning you may end up with a courier service that does the customs declaration for you and charges an arm, a leg AND your firstborn for it, making the product almost twice as expensive. I’m glad they try to run a legitimate business, but the sum of all this makes me recommend you look elsewhere, despite the products seeming quite good - mullet or no mullet. Having said that, having started with their products I will order again, but unless they either implement tax and customs on check out which is cheaper and more convenient for the consumer, or offer more services to have it shipped to where I am, then I will not enjoy the experience of shopping there, nor will I recommend it to others. As it turns out, there are some great alternatives to CG out there.

I orderd my first articles, but after a few days I didn't receive any updates regarding my shipment. So I contacted the customer service department about this matter. I had a reaction within 30 minutes that soemthing went wrong with scanning the shipment. Due to the inconveniences they shipped a new order with express delivery (as of writing I have yet to receive it). The customer service really deserves 5 stars for the quick reply, help and good solution
