The product didn't work. At all. I bought the kit and two refills of the activator, followed the instructions and nothing. Don't waste your money.

great product fast delivery

The products are great, I can already tell the beard oil serum and beard balm are fantastic after a few uses. I'm using the activator serum but have just started. The customer service is absolutely excellent. There was an issue with my order and I received the hair growth kit instead of the beard growth kit, I contacted CG and they immediately shipped a beard growth kit with expedited international shipping which I got within 48 hours. Overall, I highly recommend their products and their excellent service.

First of all: Website is nice and tidy, so ordering was simple. Also fast shipping and compact packaging. After a bit more than two weeks of usage, i can tell that the scalp feels different. The old hair feel thicker, but as far as I can tell from the phone-pictures from the bold spot on the upper back of my head, there are no new hair growing (till now, but as said just phone pictures, so it's hard to check) So patience is the key-word. There are two negative things I would like to mention: 1st and most Importamt: the instruction for usage of the Activator is not 100% clear... You are not told if you should just squeeze a line over your spots, or rub it a bit around or really massage it in (also no clear instruction in your videos) Would be really nice If you could be more accurate on that 2nd: the moonroller is a bit squeeky, No big dealbreaker, just wanted to mention it I am curios how the journey will go on

Used the 150 days beard growth kit. All the products felt well-made and of high quality, even though they didn't end up working for me. Because I got the 150 day kit, I was able to get the beard growth guarantee, and I had great customer service getting that sorted, with a full refund within days of completing the return. Sad it didn't work for me, but satisfied overall with the experience.

It’s great! Love the moonroller, however, the hair activator is a bit confusing. There are not really clear instructions on how to use it, how much you should apply and if you should rub it in on the scalp/hair. Great if you could include any tutorial for that. Anyway it’s really nice and hope to see results soon.
