La scatola è arrivata per metà ammaccata, mezza distrutta! Per fortuna il contenuto era salvo!! Invece dei 2/4 giorni per la consegna ci sono voluti 10 giorni! Non è un problema, ma sarebbe bello se le cose scritte fossero mantenute! Per quanto riguarda il prodotto vedremo tra cir a 6 mesi come andrà! Sono fiducioso!! 😊

Kæmpe scam betalte 700 kr og der ikke sket et skid her efter 6 måneder serummen er bare sprit blandet med noget klamt så man tror det virker spoiler det gør det ikke. Cph grooming lægger sjovt nok ikke i københavn🥳😂😂😂

Received the grooming kit pretty quickly. However, the vitamins took much longer. Haven't received them yet, but as of recently, they have finally cleared customs and are on their way. I needed to go back and forth with Canada customs to describe the product in detail (ingredients, use case, dangers etc) — mostly things I really didn't have many answers to but tried to give my best explanation. My suggestion to Copenhagen Grooming, add more details to the vitamin's shipping label, or the product page. Ingredients especially.

Josefine was quick to respond, very nice, and very helpful to me. I had a problem with shipping and she fixed it immediately.

Great help from customer service, I asked how long the cleanser was supposed to last because mine was already empty since the instruction video said 4 pumps when its supposed to be 2 and and they sent me a free cleanser while I didn't ask for it so thats amazing. They really want to make a change for customers.

I would highly recommend Copenhagen Grooming, for your beard. I bought the beard kit for myself and partner and we love it! The beard wash is amazing, my beard feels fabulous, also the customer service i received from you guys ( Alberte and Frida ) has been fantastic, such friendly guys, dealt with my order etc and most of all delivered outstanding customer service, keep up the good work!

21-01-23: Jeg har nu lagt min første ordre, og vil derfor holde løbende opdatering på min oplevelse. Ordren er lagt ud fra Januar udsalget, og dertil en rabatkode. Det gik smertefrit og nemt igennem. Det skal siges at jeg er snart 28, og har allerede en fint skæg, men med huller her og der. Umiddelbart er jeg i den menneskelige fase, hvor jeg gerne snart skal gro resten ud, og derfor håber jeg på, at produktet kan sætte gang i processen endnu hurtigere, da jeg netop er i hårvækst fasen. Allt fungerade bra inklusive köp, frakt, kundtjänst m.m. Dessvärre fungerade produkten inte för mig men jag fick pengarna tillbaka.
