Lovely boots and prompt delivery.

Couldn't find exactly what I wanted on their site so I contacted them via email. Got a very prompt reply with a link to the correct page. Decided to ask some more questions which again were answered promptly. Placed the order and received the boots very quickly. Very impressed with the high level of customer service I received.

The first pair of Tayberry wellies I ordered were far too tight on the calf despite being adjustable. I used Easy Wellies exchange service which cost £6.99 and enabled me to order a more suitable pair of wellies and have the first pair collected by the courier, Easy wellies promptly refunded my money for the first pair. While the cost of exchange may seem high, I believe Royal Mail would have charged over £8 to return a parcel this size.

Aigle wellies are great for dog walk. They just arrived in two days and just before taking my dog walk. They are the second one. My first one was for horse back riding but I was using them for town walk. Aigle has very long life . I still keep my riding boots for 10 years. Changed the heels only one.

Would recommend Easy Wellies to anybody, product really good and good customer service. Girlfriend really loves her wellies

Received my boots quickly, wore them then looked closer at them after taking them off and they are not the same, the cut out on one, is deeper than the other. So not very happy as already worn so can't return them.

Am absolutely delighted with my stardust willies. Delivery was amazingly quick and FREE POSTAGE most welcome. I realise it's stopped raining for now but the willies are so stylish and my children at school think I am very 'trendy'. A very enjoyable transaction all round! Thankyou

My wife Pamela bought some wellies from you, so I bought the same make. Then, stupidly threw away the paper work etc before taking them for a long walk with the dogs. Disaster. Four miles later these now muddy boots made my ankles feel as if attacked by a pickaxe handle. Well, there is about £50 down the drain I thought. Then I sent an email to Easy Wellies saying what a clot I had been. Instant response from James saying send them back. No hastle, no ifs and buts. Do I really deserve such consideration? Arrived really quickly and I'm really pleased with them. Wellies are problematic for me with wide feet and calf. Lucky me eh!! Anyway I was chuffed to see I could get some really snazzy boots that fit rather than the normal boring black or green. No more getting my work trousers soggy on the walk to work. Thank you

I ORDER MY ITEM AND RECEIVED EMAIL INFORMING ME THAT MY ITEM WOULD BE DELIVERED ON THE MONDAY THIS DID NOT SUIT ME SO I WAS ABLE TO CHANGE THE DAY TO THE THURSDAY ON THAT DAY I RECEIVED EMAIL TELLING ME DRIVER WOULD BE WITH ME BETWEEN 10.44 1ND 11.44 AND YES HE WAS. Brilliant service ~ well organised and easy to use website, competitive prices, next day delivery carried out smoothly by DPD so that feet which were soaked through one day by wellies which let the water in were cosy and dry the next thanks to the excellent service from Easy-Wellies. Would go here first for any further footwear.

The reason I liked dealing with this company is when I telephoned - I just needed some confirmation on a couple of things - a bright, breezy female on the other end answered. No pressing buttons, no scripts. It is rare these days to actually have a 'real' conversation and she was really helpful. Quite restored my faith in human nature!
