This was my first time of buying from this company and I can honestly say the service is fantastic, second to none. Why can't every company be like easy-wellies?

I work with horses and have always had hunter wellies, but the grip wears out and they make my feet cold! So was resrarching for another similarly priced welly and decided on aigle Parcours 2 in brun ( purple would have been perfect but at the end of the day im looking for practical value for money! ) I ordered the 39 which is my usual shoe boot size and they are perfect fit, can wear with thick socks or not. The boots arrived the very next morning so I could wear them to work, they are comfotable, warm and realy good grip! I have been wearing hunters or leather boots and slipping all over. The colour is nice and natural and smart, I have worn these boots loads now, for work with the horses and dog walking and can throughly recommend! Hope they last! To make them even be better personaly id like them slightly higher up my leg , but that is just a personal opinion, they are high enough only a cm shorter than my old wellies! Very impressed overall! !

Ordering was really easy and received the next day. Wish I had bought these AIgle wellies years ago. Really comfortable - completed an 8 mile walk yesterday in them with the dog and feet were as comfortable as if I had walking boots on. Go buy you won't regret it!

1) Requested via Email to Customer Service to be advised of delivery DAY, not time as I did not want to pin a note to the door to say that we were not at home for an indeterminate period as advised to do so. I received no response. 2) The Muckboots I ordered arrived promptly but I received a note to say whomsoever had delivered them had put them over the gate. This was the case but the package had been dropped over a high gate to the side which had damaged the packing. Fortunately I did not need to return the goods for any reason. I am posting this review because it is a commercial retail fact that the quality of response and delivery should match that of supply.

Absolutly brill service cant fault anything

This was a great shopping experience from start to finish. I really like the way you can select wellies according to your specific needs. I chose a pair that appeared in all 3 categories that were important to me - dog-walking, wide-calf, and neoprene-lined - and ordered the Tayberry Rook ones which are perfect. They fit so well I do not need welly socks but that's OK because the lining makes them very cosy. The adjustable width is just right and I can easily get the boots on-and-off especially with the helpful little lip on the back of the heel which makes getting them off much easier than other boots. They are so snug they may not be suitable for anyone with a very high in-step but I love them and have been splashing around in deep puddles like a kid!
