I bought these wellies that were too small for my wife, have to buy another pair, return the wrong size and then get a refund. Unacceptable in my eyes

Bought these boots for my husband as his wellies had just started letting in water and boots are a must for any walking at the moment. I ordered the boots at 3.50pm and as I had ordered before 4pm there was FREE next day delivery. I also received an email giving me a time slot for the delivery. The boots arrived before 10am the next day and have been worn every day since without any problems at all. The quality is very good and they are much better for walking longer distances because of their design. My husband ordered his usual size and the fit is very good with thicker walking socks. I have no hesitation in recommending this company and cannot fault them for their excellent service.

I found the whole experience of dealing with Easy Wellies very efficient. I was able to track the progress of my delivery minute by minute. The delivery turned up on time and was well packaged. The product was competitively priced and included delivery. Due to a change in design of the boot I purchased I actually needed to change my original order for a size larger. This could not have been easier, an exchange note came with the original order and the boots were collected by the courier delivering the replacement size. Sure enough I got a full refund for the first order without any trouble at all. I will certainly use this company again and recommend them to others.

Most of the customers who purchased this item (Aigle Aiglentine) warned the prospective customers to decrease one size. However mine just fits fine. A great pair!

i had never used easy wellies before , but having a size 14 foot i did a web search and easy wellies came up , i found some aygle boots much like my old ones , i was so pleased to be able to get quality boots in my size , and at a reasonable price , they delivered them very quick by secure postage , many thanks to easy wellies and i will buy again in future

There was a slight hiccup with the order as the original colour chosen wasn't in stock (but this wasn't displayed on the website), however I was quickly contacted and offered other colours instead. Overall, very happy with the product & service!
