Very user friendly website, as close to trying on as you can get without visiting in person. Wellies are the best I've had and are so comfy, an especially important point due to chronic tendinitis. Paypal made it easy to pay and the delivery was so efficient even to within an hour thanks to an email where I was able to choose a delivery day followed by a text on the delivery day to let me know which hour it would be. Fabulous :)

I base this on my experience of wearing out 3 pairs of Esks, over 6 years, on my farm in South Wales. Daily grass, mud, and concrete destroys the soles over two years; the uppers still perfect. Warm when you want, cool when you want; NEVER any sweat. The greatest strength is in the design and construction of the sole. Broad and stiff laterally and in the length, with an excellent block heel. ( this stops you sliding down hill!!) Ensuring secure and supported footing in all types of terrain; almost as secure as a good pair of walking boots. Someone bought me a pair of Aigle Vibram soled wellies---great sole but so soft you might aswell use them as slippers...useless on wet or stony ground. BUY MUCKBOOTS AND YOU WILL BE AS HAPPY AS A PIG IN S........!!

Was after a pair of new wellies and because I walk miles with my dogs needed a decent pair. Found the ones I wanted and the best price I could find was from easy wellies. The other customers reviews were very helpful and the website easy to use and very nicely set out. Hopefully the wellies will last me years but in the meantime I shall recommend easy wellies to all!

Impressed! Easy to order on-line - and the lady I dealt with was really helpful and made the process very easy. Lots of confirmations - both of the order and then anticipated delivery which was very helpful (I could stay in, knowing with confidence that my delivery would be on the day advised). I ordered bogboots in a childs size 4 which were too short and a little small. I exchanged for an adult size 5 which is a much better length and although a little too large a better fit than the 4. Returning was simple and a refund was processed immediately.

My husband has always found Wellingtons impossible because of fitting difficulties. I contacted Easy Wellies for advice and James spent some time identifying the problem and suggesting answers. His emails were prompt and courteous,providing additional information to the already helpful website. When we decided to order, I spoke to him on the telephone to refine our decision. I ordered the product around 17.00 hrs. on a Monday with an estimated despatch time, not delivery date, of 2 to 4 days. An email arrived the next morning saying that my order was with the courier to be delivered the following day, Wednesday, and did I want to change the delivery address. This I did because I would not be at home that day. The order was delivered to my neighbour and I received an email informing me of where it was. Overall time from placing the order to actual delivery less than 2 days. An excellent service but a more accurate actual delivery date would improve it.

I needed a pair of short good quality 'wellies' both for gardening and walking in the winter mud. Found Easy Wellies on the web when looking for Aigle brand at a good price. Not sure of the sizing but one phone call to their customer service advised the size needed compared to my walking boots and they arrived quickly - perfect fit! Would certainly use Easy Wellies again

My old wellies died a death. I was amazed at the variety of wellies available on the website and found it difficult to choose the right ones. I phoned and was given a couple of options and received my new wellies really quickly. I am pleased as punch with them and am enjoying squishing through the mud with the dog. Had the right product info available as well as the full product range (several other sites only had a restricted range). The two sizes required were In Stock. The price compared well to other sites. Delivery was within expectation. The only gripe as with so many other online merchants, is that the order process is still too clunky. The web designers need to look at the user experience rather than design it for themselves. Applies to too many online sites. One example if the delivery address is different from the card address the site does not automatically pre-fill with the already provided customer data and allow you to remove as required. So in my case I had to re-enter data already provided. A small point but it is a pain.

I had faulty wellies and had to return them. This was really easy and it didn't take long before i had a replacement. So yes indeed 5 stars go to them for that. HOWEVER, when first inquiring about returning the said faulty goods the email correspondence quoted -----I am very sorry to hear there is a problem with your purchase from Easy Wellies. Tayberry warrants to the original end customer, that its footwear will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase----- This is of course no interest to me whatsoever. The goods have to be fit for purpose and my contract is with the seller, in this case Easy Wellies. So other than the email which hinted at no responsibility, everything turned out to be hunky dory. Thank you Easy Wellies :)
