My order was quick and arrived within plenty time for Xmas because it was a tracked parcel I received 2 emails from Royal Mail which was really handy as I didn't want to miss this parcel! They boots came and are exactly as described but they weren't boxed which I was disappointed about as they were a Christmas present and I purposely ordered from the website instead of other sites as I assumed and it was not stated that they didn't come with a box! They were a little out of shape due to not being boxed but I'm am sure they will be okay when on although I have placed the receipt and instructions for sending back in the present Incase the recipient isn't happy with the slightly squashed boots! Not much else I could do less than a week before Xmas but I am thankfull for the fast deliver that I have a present to give!

I am very happy with the boots so far, the rubber is very soft and the boots are much lighter than my last pair. All I will say is the sizes do come up quite large so beware when selecting yours.
