I emailed the customer services at easiwellies asking if they could delay dispatch as after the payment went through it gave the delivery estimate. They didnt bother replying AT ALL. They didnt change the dispatch either and the postman just left the package on my doorstep for anyone to take. Wouldnt use this company again.

Found this company when searching the Internet for new wellies as my Christmas present. Their service has been excellent with brilliant communication and speedy delivery. I'll use Easy Wellies again but hopefully not too soon!!

Website has a full range of high quality wellies that is not overwelming to browse through. Delivery was fast and are very precise on what time they will deliver. Very pleased with the product.

Ordered product Sunday afternoon. Had notification on Monday advising of delivery Tuesday. Regular update all the way so knew exactly when my boots were going to arrive. Meant I could get on with other things like taking dogs out and not worry that I would miss the delivery. The boots came 10 mins early! \if only ALL companies could do this. It would save a lot of wasted time.

Well I ordered at approx 1600hrs one day I was told it would be delivered next day between 1235 and 13335 hrs . I was given the drivers name and as I said time. He arrived at 1245 hrs polite and said did I realise I could have tracked parcel where it was and then within a 15 minute period. By jove you have put the Post Office to shame Thanks for your help.

The service was very good, although was unable to track product. As product had to be returned my email was answered very promptly and a prepaid label sent. Awaiting refund which I have been assured will be done as soon as goods received back

Website easy to navigate and the leather wellies perfect. They arrived within the hour delivery slot and fit really well. No blisters and a perfect walk in muddy conditions - feet perfectly dry and supported by the really good sole. A perfect early Christmas present!

The web site is good and easy to use, the prices are competitive, the boots are great quality and the delivery was by DPD who gave me a delivery time of 10-11:00 and stuck to it.

I ordered the Bogs Riding Boot which fits perfectly. I thought I might have to order a bigger size but no need. The wellies are of a high quality and were a great price. The delivery service was second to none with updates by email and text with a 1 hour delivery slot. I would definitely use this company again.

There was no delivery charge and the boots were delivered the NEXT day! I was so impressed I will always look at this company they are second to none for service and value. A great find!
