I placed my order on Saturday with express delivery and it arrived on Wednesday. I sent an email to which I got no reply, so I phoned to get delivery info and the call was not answered, but they did call me back a couple of hours later and confirmed the details, so 4 stars. I ordered computer RAM which was well packaged and works as expected.

Item delivered the day after I ordered it. Speedy delivery gives my thumb up and 5 stars.

After contacting buykingston by email, I received a very prompt reply apologising and advising that a replacement would be with me on Monday (email sent Saturday). And true to their word, the item arrived first thing Monday. Well done to buykingston for their great customer service!

Genuine Kingston product in sealed original packaging at the best price I could find (£6.86 inc postage, July 2023). In summary: Great price, genuine product, swift service.
