Purchased a gti e-turbo ebike when it got delivered the frame was covered in dust and had scuffs and scratches, the brakes are not tektro HD-E500, they are logan hydraulic brakes also the rear derailleur selector is damaged, definitely not worth the money as for an extra £200 you can find a better equipped bike that would more than likely be in better condition. I won't be looking here again.

Tried to return memory card as bought wrong one. Got receipt from Post Office for proof of posting but this company say they never received. Now they have ignored my last emails. I would not recommend you use this company.

Had to ask before receiving an invoice for my order, that is the only confirmation or proof of purchase I was given. Staff seems keen to help, though I think the site’s transparency could do with some improvement by modernising the payment processing/mailing service. Final rating depends on condition of product, if delivered when promised and how they handle any complaints if necessary. Product was received, arrived in good condition.
