being a renewal all my information was already on record and just needed verified for any changes. as there were none, it was quick and simple.

This was fast and easy. They took care of everything. I was able to upload all my documentation online and then I booked an online appointment with a doctor. They had a list of times and dates to choose from so I could choose which best fit my schedule. They offered an in person consultation as well, but I was comfortable with doing it online in the comfort of my own home. The process was simple and in less than 24 hours everything was ready and I had the paperwork off to the state for approval. They even offered a service for a little extra fee that filed this paperwork for me and made the process even simpler.

Purchase a Groupon and the code would not work. Could not get anyone on the phone or chat. Left several messages after over an hour attempting trying to get someone on the line.

The process was easy but why can't medical marijuana patients get a physical card saying they're legal? The associate was wonderful and patient with me throughout the process. What would be very helpful is a physical medical marijuana card to carry on me.
