Smooth, easy & well explained process

I felt very rushed this year with my provider. There was NO time to ask questions or make comments. Provider interrupted me when I tried to ask something. This is my third year & the only time I experienced a problem. I was sent emails every single week telling me to renew my certification. It wasn't due until December, but I decided to get it done because emails were annoying. After the provider approved me, she said she'd send my recertification to the Commission in December, 2 months away. I was so confused & quite angry. Someone from customer service/Quality Assurance called me a few days later on the phone to explain why my recert had to wait 2 months. That brought my blood pressure back to normal, but why can't their computer systems avoid sending emails 2 months ahead of time?
