The process was easy an straightforward but wen it came to talkin wit the doctor he seemed in a rush n barely let me explain sumthings about my tolerance . then my chat box never works again after the first initial chat can never get anyone on the phone or an email back to get in touch wit the doctor. Love the app but Veriheal put my wrong address so my medical Marijuana card never came and I had to pay $25 for a replacement but never received the first one. Chris

Very easy instructions and the doctor who I consulted with answered all the questions I had. I felt like there was no judgment. Would recommend to anyone interested in medical cannabis!

This whole process with Veriheal has been super smooth. I have asked multiple questions and Veriheal is always quick with an email response. The reason why I am rating four instead of five stars is due to my proof of address question for the state application. It is important to know that the proof of address must match otherwise you will risk being denied on the application. When I asked this question Veriheal told me this does not matter and it indeed definitely matters.
